I started my career as a Recruiter in 2012, where I worked with the world’s largest banks, finding IT consultants to work on trading technology systems.

Since founding The Employer Agent, I have done my best work when working directly with the MD of small-medium businesses, evaluating their business models and internal structures, to help them grow. I am extremely motivated by helping others to improve their professional lives, be it Managing Directors or individual candidates.

I have worked with 30 companies to date, asking the right questions that drive positive action and improve output, and placing 120 employees. I have witnessed every mistake that could be made, and have made a number of them myself!
